Recombinant Protein
HCN1 Antibody was produced in mice by repeated immunizations with a fusion protein corresponding to the C terminus region of rat HCN1.
Anti-HCN1 Antibody was purified by Protein G chromatography. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with HCN1 from Human, Rat, and Mouse based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. No cross-reactivity against HCN2. Cross-reactivity with HCN1 from other sources has not been determined. Channels and Transporters research.
