Goat Fab Anti-Rat IgG (H&L) Antibody Peroxidase Conjugated - 812-1302
Goat Fab Anti-Rat IgG Antibody Peroxidase Conjugation, Goat Fab Anti-Rat IgG HRP Conjugated Antibody
Goat
IgG (H&L)
Peroxidase (HRP)
Polyclonal
IgG Fab

Target Details

Rat
Native Protein
Anti-Rat IgG (H&L) was produced by repeated immunization with rat IgG whole molecule in goat.
Anti-Rat IgG (H&L) peroxidase conjugated antibody was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Rat IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, papain digestion and chromatographic separation.   Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase and anti-Goat Serum.  No reaction was observed against anti-Papain or anti-Goat IgG F(c).

Application Details

ELISA
WB  - View References
Anti-Rat IgG HRP antibody has been tested by ELISA and is suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity.
