Recombinant Protein
SHANK Antibody was produced in mice by repeated immunizations raised against a fusion protein corresponding to an internal region of rat Shank2.
Anti-PAN-SHANK Antibody was purified by Protein G chromatography. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with SHANK from human, mouse, and rat based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. Recognizes Shank1, 2 and 3. Cross-reactivity with Shank from other sources has not been determined. Scaffolds research.
