Other
Anti-CD16/32 Antibody (Monoclonal) was produced by repeated immunizations with sorted pre-B cells.
Phycoerythrin conjugated CD16/32 Monoclonal Antibody was purified from tissue culture supernatant via affinity chromatography and is directed against mouse CD16/32. Cross-reactivity with CD16/32 from other sources has not been tested. Anti-CD16/32 is conjugated with PE under optimal conditions and the solution is free of unconjugated PE.

CD16 is the low affinity IgG Fc receptor III (FcR III) and CD32 is FcR II. CD16/CD32 are expressed on B cells, monocytes/macrophages, NK cells, granulocytes, mast cells, and dendritic cells. The Fc receptors bind antibody-antigen immune complexes and mediate adaptive immune responses.
