Goat IgG Specific Fluorescein Steptavidin-Biotin Complex Immunohistochemistry Detection Kit is a streptavidin-biotin immuno-enzymatic antigen detection system. This system involves the sequential incubation of the sample with an unconjugated primary antibody specific to the target antigen, a biotinylated secondary antibody that reacts with the primary antibody, fluorescein-conjugated streptavidin, and chromogen substrate. Goat Specific FITC/DAB (ABC) kit includes reagents specifically designed for the use in the analysis of antigens in IHC and other immunodetection assays. The provided protocol includes steps for high sesitivity analysis with low backgound using normal rabbit serum blocking reagent, biotinylated secondary antibody, and a FITC-conjugated streptavadin.
